Certified Instructor and Divemaster, Glen Hapirulla hailed from Lahad Datu, is the 1st person to discover more than 40 beautiful dive sites in Lahad Datu. He self-explored and did underwater sketches of the dive sites alone, still curious of what is more to be discovered.

Passionate and concerned about maintaining the wellbeing of marine life, Glen Hapirulla instils awareness of ‘diving with care’ by inculcating knowledge and understanding of the responsibility in abiding rules and regulations.

Many beautiful places are home to underwater treasures, but reckless and careless recreational activities (fin kicks, direct contact, and boat anchors) can harm the coral reefs. Glen, a nature lover is determined to protect the reefs from such damage. He emphasizes the importance and responsibility of preservation and conservation of such natural treasures for future generations.
